[Note] The inhibition rate of the sample is between 40% and 50%. It is a suspected pesticide residue exceeding the standard. If the inhibition rate is still greater than 50% after repeated several times, the pesticide residue exceeds the standard, indicating that the pesticide residue of the sample may exceed the safety. The definition of the standard, it is recommended to use gas chromatography and other instruments for further testing.

For samples with inhibition rate ≥50%, other methods can be used to further determine the specific pesticide variety and content.

3. Technical indicators of enzyme inhibition method (1) Sensitivity index The minimum detection limit of enzyme inhibition rate method should reach the following indicators: methylamine phosphate 0.8mg/L, trichlorfon 0.25mg/L, carbofuran 0.002mg/L.
