Instructions for using the ATP meter :

ATP measuring instrument operation steps:
The swab test tube contains a unique high sensitivity liquid stable integrated reagent. The swab test tube detects the total ATP activity of bacteria or other microorganisms on the surface of the object and food residues, giving a quick and comprehensive clean test result.

Swab detection tube use precautions:

â—† After removing the swab test tube from the freezer, please leave it at room temperature for about 5 minutes;

â—†The swab test tube after sampling can be placed in the dark for about 4 hours;

â—†Do not touch the swab or swab with your hand;

â—† After the sample box solution in the swab test tube is reacted, it should be placed in the fluorometer and read within 20 seconds.

â—† The swab solution has been diluted to safely detect the surface of the food.

Note: Please keep it in the dark before use. If the surface of the extracted sample is dry, please wash the cotton swab head with pure water or distilled water to ensure more efficient extraction of the sample. The instrument should be tested vertically when testing, otherwise the test result is likely to be zero!

ATP measuring instrument operation steps:

1. Hold the tube, remove the wetted swab from the test tube, and apply the test area (about 4 cm * 4 cm).

2. Insert the swab into the test tube.

3. Hold the suction valve, pinch the tube with the other hand, and break it from the suction valve.

4. Lightly squeeze the tube twice, squeeze the reagent in the tube, shake it two or three times, and mix well with the swab after the test tube.

5. Place the entire test tube in the fluorometer, close the hatch cover, and measure.

Maintenance

a) daily maintenance

Daily clearing:

The outer casing of the instrument can be cleaned with a neutral detergent and the organic solvent is disabled.

It must be stopped before maintenance, please refer to the shutdown operation procedure.

b) Maintenance during operation

When the red paper on the printer's paper indicates that the paper is running out, replace the paper as soon as possible. After the replacement, the paper cover of the printer should be pressed down and installed.

c) maintenance cycle

After 12 months of use, the instrument should be routinely serviced to check for loose parts.

d) normal maintenance procedures

Touch screen maintenance:

Due to temperature, power supply voltage variation or other factors, the touch screen may not display properly or the display may be too pale or too dark. In this case, contact the relevant personnel for repair.

Moving parts maintenance:

After the instrument has been in operation for 12 months, you can contact a professional engineer to perform routine testing on the instrument.

e) Maintenance during long-term decommissioning

If the instrument is not used for a long time, after the instrument has been routinely cleaned, protect the instrument with a dust cover and store it in a dry and cool place.

Transportation and storage

a) Packaging and transportation precautions

The packaged analyzer should be transported according to the specified conditions. When transporting, it should be handled lightly to ensure the integrity of the outer box, pay attention to waterproof and moisture.

b) Storage conditions, storage period and precautions

Storage temperature of the instrument: -20 ° C ~ 55 ° C.

Storage humidity of the instrument: Relative humidity is less than 93% and there is no condensation.

Other requirements: no corrosive gases and well ventilated areas.
