Because there is no relevant maintenance information and professional maintenance tools, there is no problem in controlling the motor.
First check the motor aspect of the rotor. After measuring with a multimeter, the circuit of the motor is normal, that is to say, there is no problem with the coil of the motor. After checking the carbon brush of the motor and removing the carbon brush from the base of the rotor, it was found that the carbon brush had the same phenomenon of common grinding. Basically, it is possible to determine that there is no problem with the motor of the rotor (hardware is normal).
Therefore, the cause of the fault can basically be determined as the control problem of the motor, but in the absence of data and tools, the problem cannot be quickly found and solved, and our equipment cannot operate normally. In order not to delay our normal work, we can only use the existing information and tools to take some emergency measures.
In the previous analysis, we know that the compressor of this centrifuge is working properly and the rotor motor is working properly. Therefore we consider that the power supply can be applied directly to the rotor's motor without going through the faulty motor control section.
After modifying and implementing the above-mentioned scheme with common tools, the motor is powered on and the machine is running normally.
Although the timing adjustment function cannot be used at this time, it does not affect our normal operation.
