Instructions for use
1 The ultrasonic controller and the vibrating screen are separately supplied with power, the vibrating screen is three-phase power supply, and the ultrasonic power supply is single-phase power supply, both of which need to be reliably grounded.
2 Ultrasonic resonant power supply The rear panel junction box has two terminals, red (positive) and black (negative). Please connect the red and blue wires of the ultrasonic connecting cable to each other and check that the connection is reliable. The aerial plug end of the connecting cable is connected to the oscillator and the seal is securely fastened.
3 Connect the ultrasonic resonant power supply and the ultrasonic connecting cable. After checking the error, turn on the ultrasonic power switch. With the sound of a "drop", the ultrasonic resonance power is turned on, the display window displays "P0", and enters the self-test state. After a few seconds, the display window displays the operating current, and the frequency is automatically searched. After 30 seconds, the ultrasonic resonant power supply enters the normal working state. Touching the screen with your hand, the screen has a strong sense of vibration.
4 Ultrasonic resonant power supply has two working states: continuous working state (left window display: Cn, n is 1~9 digits) and pulse working state (left window display: Hn, n is 1~2 digits), normal for continuous operation status. In the continuous working state, press the mode key to enter the pulse working state. Press the mode key in the pulse state to return to the continuous working state. Press the display button in the continuous working state to display the center frequency of the power supply (the left window displays: F-), and then press the display button to return to the continuous working state.
