It is easy to be taken out of the pump, which will cause the pump to spray.
In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to quickly inflate the pump chamber while the pump is shut down, destroying the vacuum in the pump chamber, so that the pump oil does not have the ability to recharge. This requires a differential pressure valve at the pump port.
However, the speed of the returning body is very slow , and the function of the differential pressure valve is only to prevent the oil from being recharged to the front section of the differential pressure valve, so that the purpose of preventing the oil from entering the pump chamber cannot be satisfied, so the inflation port of the differential pressure valve should be enlarged. In order to quickly enter the pump chamber, the gas pressure in the chamber reaches the pressure of the pump oil back to the pump chamber in a short time, so that the oil return of the pump chamber can be reduced.
In addition, a solenoid valve can be arranged at the oil inlet pipe of the pump chamber. When the pump is opened, the solenoid valve is opened to make the oil passage unobstructed. When the pump is stopped, the solenoid valve closes the oil passage, so that the oil can also be controlled.
