4. When the instrument is not used for a long time or encounters rain or snow, you need to remove the dynamic sensor. The removal step is: the person must climb to the corresponding height while wearing the seat belt, remove the plastic parts, remove the sensor with a wrench, and remove the corresponding connecting line.
5. When the instrument is not used for a long time or encounters rain or snow weather, it is necessary to properly protect the instrument components. For example, the box with the motor is covered with a tarpaulin to prevent rainwater from entering the inside of the box along the hole at the top, causing damage to the motor. The controller of the electric lifting device needs to be wrapped with a tarpaulin to prevent rainwater from entering and the like.
6. The flat sling in the accessory is used for the secondary protection of the seat belt. When the test belt is unqualified, the flat sling can only be subjected to three impacts. When testing again, the flat sling must be replaced.
7. In all test procedures, as long as the simulator is off the bottom surface, the tester must be away from the shelf for more than 3m, whether during lifting or release.
