The structure and working principle of the vertical packaging machine

The vertical packaging machine is suitable for packaging various kinds of powders, granules, tablets and other objects, such as tablets, salt and the like; in the packaging process of the vertical packaging machine, the material is fed through the material stretching and feeding device, and the plastic film is formed through the film cylinder. (1) Feeding carousel device.
The feeding turntable device is composed of a hopper, a tray and an adjustable volume measuring cup. The measuring cup consists of a fixed measuring cup and an active measuring cup. The lower part of the measuring cup has a rotatable bottom plate. There are two fixing pins on the panel below the turntable. When the measuring cup of the turntable is turned to the position of the former, the pin will open the bottom plate, and after the measuring cup is turned away, the other pin will return the measuring cup bottom plate back to the bottom of the bottom cup. There is a nut at the center of the lower part of the turntable. The rotating nut can change the relative position of the upper and lower measuring cups to change the volume.
(2) Packaging execution system.
The package execution system of this machine consists of a paper feeding mechanism, a elephant nose former, a paper feed roller, a heat sealer and a cutter.
The wrapping paper is pulled from the reel through the paper-feeding roller, and the packaging and forming device is made into a paper bag. A pair of paper-pulling rollers on the lower part of the front side of the machine pulls the bag-tube down a long distance, and the heat sealer longitudinally and laterally seals the bag. The material is then immediately loaded into the paper bag. When the heat sealer is again heat sealed, a heat seal package is completed. The cutter cuts the paper bag from the middle of the sealing portion. The heat sealer and the cutter are driven synchronously by the same transmission mechanism.
(3) Transmission system
1, the composition of the transmission system
The packaging machine has a high degree of automation and is a kind of automatic machine. It has many actuators, and various actuators must be coordinated to complete the packaging work. The transmission system of the packaging machine is more complicated. The experimental packaging machine adopts a mechanical transmission system; the transmission system includes the following components.
(1). Fixed ratio transmission mechanism
That is, a transmission mechanism with a fixed transmission ratio. Transmission mechanisms such as gears, belts, chains, worm gears, and couplings can be used to transmit the power and motion of the power source output to the relevant actuators according to predetermined requirements.
(2). Transmission
The shifting device has a gear shifting mechanism, a mechanical stepless shifting mechanism, a hydraulic stepless shifting device, a multi-speed motor, and the like. This packaging machine uses a continuously variable transmission.
(3). Motion conversion device
The linkage mechanism, the cam mechanism, the sheave mechanism, the rack and pinion, the screw nut and the like can ensure the movement law required by the actuator.
(4). Operation control device
It includes various controls, components, and components required to control start, stop, clutch, brake, speed control, reversing, and automatic control of motion according to specified procedures. The state and parameters of the drive train are changed in different ways.
(5). Lubrication and sealing device
Ensure the normal operation of the transmission system, prevent oil leakage and water leakage, contaminate the packaged materials, packaging materials and environment, and extend the service life.
2, the requirements of the transmission system
The transmission system of the packaging machine is closely related to the technical and economic indicators of the whole machine. It affects the structure, layout, packaging precision, transmission efficiency, manufacturing and manufacturing cost, ease of operation and adjustment of the packaging machine, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to design the transmission system. Note that the following requirements are met:
(1). Each actuator must have a sufficient speed range, and often requires a stepless change in speed to meet the continuous changes in productivity and bag size and specifications.
(2) Each motor and all transmission mechanisms need to be able to meet sufficient power and torque, and have high transmission efficiency.
(3). The position and speed of each actuator should have a relatively accurate relative relationship, and it should be easy to adjust independently.
(4). Simple structure, good lubrication and sealing, convenient and reliable operation, easy processing and assembly, low cost.
(5). It is convenient to realize the automation of the packaging machine and constitute the automatic packaging production line.
(6). In order to facilitate the adjustment of the test drive, a manual fine adjustment device or other adjustment mechanism should be provided in the transmission system.
3. The transmission route of the packaging machine
The power is transmitted from the main motor to the working spindle through the speed governor and then through the speed reducing mechanism, driving the feeding turntable device, pulling the paper wheel, heat sealer and cutter movement to complete the heat sealing package. The machine's operating speed can be adjusted from 45 to 95 packs per minute.
