Modern medical equipment is becoming more and more advanced and more complex, which poses challenges for the use, maintenance and maintenance of equipment. Medical equipment maintenance and repair management has become an important part of today's hospital management. There are generally three ways to maintain and repair equipment, namely, the maintenance of hospital technicians, the maintenance of equipment manufacturers, and the maintenance of third-party society. Due to the dispersion of customers, insufficient maintenance personnel of equipment manufacturers, long maintenance period, and high maintenance and repair costs, it also seriously affects the use efficiency of medical equipment, which is not conducive to patient diagnosis and treatment, and also causes economic losses to the hospital. The survey shows that the efficiency of preventive maintenance and repair of medical equipment is a short-term after-sales service for equipment manufacturers, and improving the technical level of hospital equipment maintenance personnel is an effective solution.
Technical data and documentation are especially important for the maintenance and repair of equipment. However, due to various reasons, the equipment technical information obtained by hospital equipment maintenance engineers is very limited, which seriously hinders the technical skills of medical technicians. For some non-firmware faults that can be qualified, due to the lack of maintenance and repair technical data, medical technicians are also difficult to diagnose or repair, which may cause equipment to stop and bring potential safety hazards to patients.
The effective sharing of technical data is one of the keys to improving the maintenance and repair level of medical technicians. Modern information technology provides efficient sharing of information. Video sharing platforms such as Baidu Library, Douding.com, etc., Youku, YouTube and other video sharing platforms have been successfully applied. Some vendors have limited technical level and are not enough to provide such online technical support. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a common technical support platform.
This paper combines the "Innovative Medical Device Product Application Demonstration Project (referred to as 'Ten Million Projects") jointly implemented by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Health to propose a Web-based medical equipment technical support system. Through the use of Web technology, online document technology, database and other technical methods, the system realizes the sharing of technical data such as documents, videos and other aspects of medical equipment maintenance and repair, real-time or offline communication between users and domain experts and users.
1 system design
The technical support system takes the creation and use of the knowledge base as the core, realizes the functions of uploading, downloading, searching, browsing, editing, etc. of the document data, and realizes the automatic creation and independent update function of the common problem database. In addition, the system also uses the first The three-party search engine improves the detection rate of search topics. The system also integrates Web Chat so that users can interact with domain experts or other users online. At the same time, the system also integrates BBS to facilitate offline interaction.
1.1 System Basic Architecture
The system adopts the B/S mode and is divided into three levels, namely the client layer, the server layer, and the business layer. The overall architecture of the system is shown in Figure 1. The client layer is responsible for data interaction with the server and display of the data. The server layer handles the user's business needs and access to data. The business layer is responsible for specific user requirements, including user interaction, document retrieval, and user feedback.
1.2 System functions and key technologies
The technical support system has the following functions: (1) knowledge base services, including the construction and maintenance of document libraries, retrieval and display of documents, etc.; (2) interactive services, including Web Chat instant messaging services, offline fault submission and feedback Processing, offline BBS interaction, etc.
Key technologies adopted by the system include document sharing platform technology, Web Chat and Ajax technology, Chinese word segmentation and search engine technology, and database technology. Among them, document sharing comprehensively applies the interactivity of Web technology, and encourages users to participate in the sharing of documents, thereby jointly creating a document library. Web Chat is an instant messaging technology based on B/S architecture running in web browser. This instant messaging tool is developed based on Ajax technology. The program running interface is not refreshed, no need to download any client controls and plug-ins, and the operation efficiency is high. Document search improves the user search experience. In addition, in the way of storing documents, the search engine indexing technology is used to improve the retrieval efficiency of the theme and the hit rate of the search.
The system development uses the popular web development tool php, and the back-end database uses the open source MySQL database. Due to its small size, fast speed, low total cost of ownership, and development of source code, MySQL is the database of choice for small and medium-sized websites.
