Hollow blade dryer characteristics:

1. The equipment is a small, high-efficiency dryer with a heat transfer efficiency of 80-90%.

2. The heat transfer medium is steam (saturated steam or superheated steam), and the temperature of the chamber is controlled below 200 °C. There is no danger of dust explosion.

3. The material is stirred, absorbed, broken and not agglomerated into a mass in the dryer through the blade, and it is not easy to adhere to the heat transfer surface of the equipment.

4. It is easy to be collected and disposed of by the seal design.

5. The condensed water produced by the heating medium is returned to the boiler for soft water utilization through the condensate recovery device, saving operating costs.

6. The sludge device can be operated by computer automation to reduce the number of workers.
