Tumbler operation method and time setting

First, prepare

Second, the rolling process time setting

1. Set the total working time, rolling time and intermittent time according to the process requirements;

2. Setting method of time: Press the setting button, the corresponding window will flash, press the up and down keys to adjust the time. After adjusting, press the setting button to adjust to the corresponding window. After the adjustment is completed, press the setting button to end.

Third, the operation method

1. First turn on the power switch;

2. Open the vacuum pump start switch, open the vacuum pump, unplug the vacuum pipe joint, and close the valve;

3. Turn on the tumble switch and the machine will enter the automatic control cycle state;

4, the total time of rolling, the machine stops rolling work;

5. Turn off the roll switch;

6. Open the return air switch and release the vacuum cover to remove the cylinder cover;

7. Open the discharge switch, and the cylinder will automatically discharge when it is rotating forward;

8. Turn off the main power switch.

Remarks: 100, 200, 300 tumbler, vacuum pump static vacuum, manual start, automatic shutdown. The return air is manually deflated by the deflation switch. Others are the same as above.

Four: Working principle

The vacuum tumbler is a series of products with a capacity of 100-500Kg. Users can choose any one of the capacity of 100kg, 200kg, 300kg and 500kg according to the output.

The machine adopts the self-extrusion principle of the inner guide plate of the cylinder to roll. When the cylinder rotates, the meat pieces are pressed and guided by the guide plates, and the meat pieces are crushed and squeezed by each other, so that the protein of the body is decomposed into water-soluble proteins, which are easily absorbed by the human body. At the same time, the additive (starch) and the like can be dissolved together with the flesh protein to achieve the purpose of tenderness of the meat, good taste and high yield of the finished product.

The full rotation of the body cylinder has time relay automatic control, and the forward and reverse loading time can be adjusted according to the actual process needs.

Five, rotating structure

The machine adopts J-100 worm gear reducer or BWD-4-87 cycloidal pin wheel reducer as the cylinder turning force. The method is that the cycloidal pinwheel reducer drives the main shaft of the cylinder through the sprocket chain, and rotates the material forward and reverses the rolling.

Sixth, use

1. Before using the machine, rinse it with clean water and run it for 5 minutes under no load to check whether the rotating parts and vacuum pump are working normally. Make sure that the parts are working properly before feeding, and the top cover after feeding. The vacuum pump is manually started, and after the set vacuum is reached, the vacuum pump is turned off.

2. According to the process regulations, set the rolling time to automatically stop, open the inlet and outlet cover, and jog the discharge button, the cylinder can be automatically rotated when it is rotated forward.

3. After each tumble operation, it must be rinsed with clean water, and the cylinder of the discharge button should be rotated forward to discharge the sewage to ensure that no residue remains in the cylinder.

Seven, maintenance

1. Open the vacuum oil water separator bottom valve switch after each work, drain the sewage, remove the vacuum inhalation, and clean the vacuum oil water separator to ensure the vacuum line is unblocked.

2. The vacuum pump should be stopped every 120 hours to check the oil contamination. If the oil in the vacuum pump has been contaminated, it should be changed in time. Before changing the oil, the pump must run at no load for 15 minutes. After the oil is heated, stop the pump and open the oil plug to drain the oil. Wash the pump with some new oil or cleaning oil and inject new oil (new oil is 10# gasoline engine oil, available at all petrol stations). The maintenance and maintenance of the vacuum pump can be carried out by referring to the instruction manual of the vacuum pump.

3. Always check the oil level of the worm gear reducer. If it is found that the oil level is lower than the oil window height 1/2, 30# mechanical oil should be added in time.
