It is mainly used in building interiors, noise reduction systems, vehicles, refrigeration equipment, household appliances for shock absorption, sound absorption and noise reduction. The effect is very satisfactory.

Glass wool felt with aluminum foil veneer also has strong resistance to heat radiation. It is an excellent lining material for high temperature workshop, control room, machine room inner wall, compartment and flat top.

Applicator, method:

1. The surface of the base layer should be free from dust and oil and impurities that affect the bonding performance.

2, hot days or the base layer is dry, the base layer can absorb water when it absorbs a large amount of water, so that the base layer can be dried inside and outside, and the surface has no clear water.

3. The special interface agent for the thermal insulation system is evenly stirred according to the water-cement ratio of 1:4, scraped on the base layer and drawn into a zigzag shape with a thickness of about 3 mm, or by spraying.

4. The inorganic thermal insulation mortar is stirred into a slurry according to the water-cement ratio of 4:5.5, and should be stirred evenly without powder.

5, the inorganic thermal insulation mortar according to energy-saving requirements for powder coating, 2cm or more need to be divided construction, 2 times plastering interval should be more than 24 hours, can also be sprayed.

6. The construction of the thermal insulation mortar needs to be maintained for 3-5 days (depending on the temperature).

7. After the maintenance of the thermal insulation mortar, it is recommended that the surface should be treated with anti-seepage treatment (applicable to the anti-seepage agent).

8. The construction of the thermal insulation mortar protective layer can be carried out in 4 hours after the second anti-seepage agent is completed.

9, the surface of the thermal insulation mortar is first approved with a plaster, while the wet-laid fiber-resistant mesh cloth, and then a batch of smoothing (two thickness should be ≥ 3mm).

10. After the construction of the protective layer is completed, the maintenance of the finishing layer can be carried out for 2-3 days (depending on the temperature).
