Yuyue Medical and China Resources Wandong announced on the same day that Jiangsu Yuyue Technology Development Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of the two companies, signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with Ali Health on April 17. The agreement is valid for three years, from April 17, 2015 to April 16, 2018.
According to the agreement, Yuyue Medical will cooperate with Ali Health in the field of intelligent health hardware. Wandong Medical and Ali Health cooperate fully in the medical imaging and Ali Health Cloud Hospital platform. Medical cloud health and Ali health in doctor-patient interaction and chronic disease management , remote health consultation and comprehensive cooperation.
It is understood that China Resources Wandong will also assist Ali Health to promote the Ali Health Cloud Hospital platform to medical institutions in this cooperation. China Resources Wandong will use its medical resources to provide medical imaging interpretation services to provide quality and efficient services for the needs of Ali Health Cloud Hospital. The two sides will build an ecosystem of Internet medical imaging services based on the Ali Health Cloud Hospital platform.
Yuyue Medical and China Resources Wandong said that the cooperation is in line with the company's development strategy plan and is a new model for the company to intervene in the new field of the Internet, which can effectively promote the rapid development of the company's Internet medical care.
