(1) Check for looseness in the peristaltic pump and piping and joints. Turn the peristaltic pump by hand to see if the peristaltic pump is flexible.
(2) Add bearing lubrication oil to the bearing body, observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark, and the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented in time.
(3) Unscrew the water plug screw of the peristaltic pump body and infuse the water (or the slurry).
(4) Close the gate valve and outlet pressure gauge of the outlet pipe and the inlet vacuum gauge.
(5) Jog the motor and check if the motor is turning correctly.
(6) Start the motor. When the peristaltic pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
(7) Try to control the flow and head of the peristaltic pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the peristaltic pump operates at the highest efficiency point to obtain the maximum energy saving effect.
(8) During the operation of the peristaltic pump, the bearing temperature should not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 80C.
(9) If abnormal vibration is found in the peristaltic pump, stop immediately and check the cause.
(10) When the peristaltic pump is to be stopped, first close the gate valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
(11) The peristaltic pump replaces the lubricating oil after 100 hours in the first month of operation, and then changes the oil once every 500 hours.
(12) Regularly adjust the packing gland to ensure that the dripping in the packing chamber is normal (it is better to make a drip leak).
(13) Regularly check the wear of the bushing, and replace it when it is worn out.
(14) When the peristaltic pump is used in the cold winter season, after stopping, the water plug of the lower part of the pump body should be unscrewed to release the medium. Prevent freezing cracks.
(15) The peristaltic pump is deactivated for a long time. It is necessary to disassemble the pump completely, dry the water, and apply the grease to the rotating part and the joint, and keep it properly.
