1 Scope
This standard stipulates that the silkworm juveniles use artificial feed for artificial feed processing, feed disinfection, feeding forms, environmental control in the silkworm room, feeding and sleep treatment. It is suitable for artificial silkworm 1st -2nd age (hereinafter referred to as feed) breeding in this area.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Artificial silkworm feed
According to the feeding habits and nutrient requirements of silkworm juveniles, full-priced feeds formulated with appropriate raw materials are used to replace young mulberry leaves for feeding juvenile silkworms, so that young silkworms can develop normally.
4 facility requirements
4.1 The juvenile silkworm breeding room should be separated from the big silkworm room with smallpox and concrete floor.
4.2 It is equipped with special sericulture tools, which are generally stacked silkworms or cocoons.
4.3 The breeding room is equipped with complete warming, moisturizing and dehumidifying facilities.
4.4 Young silkworm breeding rooms should be able to co-culture more than 20 silkworm eggs at a time.
5 feed processing
5.1 Silk powder dry feed water 1.7-2.0 times, knead and even into the commercial storage bag. The specifications of the fresh-keeping bags are 25cm35cm, each bag is about 320-350g, and the thickness is about 0.3-0.5cm; the specifications of the fresh-keeping bags are 30cm45cm, the amount of each bag is about 1500-2000g, the thickness is about 1.5-2.3cm; the specifications of the storage bag are 45cm60cm, The volume of each bag is about 3000g, and the thickness is about 2.5cm. After sealing, it is sealed with a sealer.
5.2 Use a steamer to digest 45 minutes after sterilization, then press it again before cooling.
5.3 If the processed feed is not used temporarily, it should be refrigerated at about 5°C and stored at room temperature for 2-3 days.
6 disinfection room disinfection
According to the provisions of DB32/T359.
7 Receiving ants
7.1 Determination of ant date
For artificial silkworms that use ants to receive ants, their daily hatching rate must exceed 98%.
7.2 Receiving ants for preparation
Prepare collection of ant tools, such as goose feathers, silkworm chopsticks, ant sacks or ants nets, plastic (10810, -170.00, -1.55%) films, feed processors, and food pots.
7.3 ant time
On the same day of receiving the ants around 4:00 in the morning, the cover of silkworm eggs was removed, or the ant bag was reversed and the light was turned on. Accept ants around 6:00 in the morning.
7.4 Receiving ants
7.4.1 Receiving Ant Bags (Method 1)
Receiving ants immediately after feed cutting. When receiving the ants, the ant bags are torn and the side of the ants is placed on the feed. After the silkworms climb onto the feed themselves, the remaining small ants can use the silkworm chopsticks to hit the feed.
7.4.2 Receipt of ants by paper bag method (method 2)
When receiving the ants, the silkworm on the wrapped paper is hit on the feed with the silkworm chopsticks, and the silkworm eggs and egg shells on the pad paper are poured onto the feed. The paper-bag method for receiving ants has a higher requirement for the daily hatching rate of silkworm eggs.
8 feeding
8.1 feeding method
All 1-2 instars were cut and bred. The cutting width of the 1st instar is about 0.5cm, and the interval between the cuttings is 0.3-0.5cm; the cutting width of the 2nd instar is about 0.8cm, and the cutting interval is about 0.5cm. Use disposable plastic gloves throughout the operation.
It is also possible to use a feed processor, that is, a wire-like appliance with a length of 0.5-0.8 cm made of metal wire, which is pressed on the upper part of the wire, and the processed wet feed is formed once.
8.2 Feeding times
Receiving 1 time when receiving ants; 1 feeding when 2nd feeding. In addition, after the ants receive the silkworm on the same day, a small amount of material is added to the larger portion of the feed gap, and a small amount of feed is also added at the place where the feed gap is large when the 2nd instar feed is confluent for several hours.
8.3 feeding amount
Each kind of 1-2 year old artificial feed (dry) 2.0kg, in which an average of 1 species (28000) of the 1st feeding amount is about 0.6kg, the average amount of 1st species of 2nd instar is about 1.4kg.
9 uniform seat, expansion seat
9.1 silkworm area
Each species of 1 instar silkworm area is about 0.8m2, 2 instar 1.8m2. Use 2m1m stacked silkworm cocoons, put 0.8m2 when receiving ants, fill them up once at 2nd age (leave a little bit of space around); use 0.8-1m2 cocoon, get 1 foot when receiving ants, put them when they are 2 years old. 2 feet.
9.2Smoothing
Receiving 1-2 hours after the end of the ant colony. When evenly seated, the strips and silkworms are picked up together with silkworm chopsticks, and placed in a small area or on all sides. Then put the next no more than silkworm or small amount of silkworm eggs chopsticks chopsticks placed in the original feed, you can also place a new bar. Place a blank circle of fresh material around the silkworm seat. The silkworms were also homogenized in the same manner several hours after the 2nd instar foraging.
9.3 expansion
The artificially bred silkworms usually do not need to be expanded. If silkworms are too dense, the silkworm heads and the silkworms can be sandwiched together with silkworm chopsticks and placed around the silkworms, and then added to the periphery. Blank material.
10 Jamsil Environmental Control
10.1 Temperature
The temperature of the first-day instar silkworm in artificial silkworms was controlled at 29-30°C, and decreased to 28-29°C during 1 sleep. The temperature of the 2nd instar silkworm was controlled at 28-29°C, and the temperature dropped to 28°C in 2 sleeps.
10.2 Humidity
The humidity of the 1st instar silkworm is controlled at about 90%, 1 is reduced to about 60% during sleep (dry-wet difference 4-5°C), the humidity of the 2nd instar silkworm is controlled at about 85%, and the humidity of 2 eggs is reduced to about 60%. (dry-wet difference 4-5 °C).
10.3 Lighting
Adopt dark rays for breeding.
11 Sleeping
After seeing a small amount of silkworm remnants, after 5-6 hours, it was found that most of the silkworms had fallen asleep when they had fallen asleep and spread a thin layer of Jiaokang on the silkworm seat. When the silkworm reaches more than 95% and climbs around, it is suitable for feeding.
12 third-year foraging and distribution
In the third instar, when silkworms crawled around (from above 95% of silkworms), they were prevented from powdering and the nets were feeding. The 3rd instar oysters were eaten with leaves, and the 2nd instar edible leaves suitable for ripening were used. The amount of leaves was 1.25kg and they were cut into triangular leaves for feeding. About 5-6 hours after the second time to the mulberry, the amount of leaves with 1.5kg, and then the net, the silkworm under the net out, the proposed silkworm distributed to the household.
13 households rearing
After the silkworms were distributed to households, the 3rd instars were ripe and tender and suitable for breeding.
