3 , the test basis

In this paper, the anti-pendulum impact energy of the sample is tested to characterize its impact resistance. The standard is GB/T 8809-2015 "Plastic film anti-pendulum impact test method".

4 , the principle of testing

4.1 Test principle

The pendulum of a certain specification is lowered from the fixed height to impact the sample at a certain speed, and the pendulum impact energy of the sample is obtained by testing the loss of energy of the pendulum before and after breaking the sample.

4.2 Scope of application

  • Film type: It is suitable for anti-pendulum impact energy testing of plastic film, sheet and composite film, such as PP/PE composite film for food and pharmaceutical packaging bags , aluminized film, aluminum-plastic composite film, nylon film and so on.

5 , the test process

5.1 Cutting 10 pieces of 100 mm × 100 mm specimens were cut from the surface of the film to be tested .

5.2 Equipment leveling According to the impact resistance of the sample, choose to install the B -type punch and the corresponding fixture, and level the equipment according to the instructions of the equipment.

5.3 Test Raise and fix the pendulum, and take one of the specimens into the fixture of the equipment to ensure that the corners of the specimen are clamped and the tension is suitable. Click on the test, the device automatically releases the pendulum so that it can freely drop the impact sample and calculate the test result after the test is over.

5.4 Repeat the test process until all 10 samples have been tested.

6 , test results

The anti-pendulum impact energy of the 10 samples tested in this test were 1.569 J , 1.627 J , 1.591 J , 1.588 J , 1.719 J , 1.584 J , 1.627 J , 1.693 J , 1.599 J , 1.609 J , average to 1.621 J.

7 , conclusion
