In order to effectively improve the competitiveness of the hospital, a hospital in Liaoning introduced a medical follow-up call system jointly developed by Dongjin Technology and partner Shenyang Yuntuo Technology, which effectively enhanced the service competitiveness of the hospital.
Follow-up is called “post-medical management†and is an important part of clinical work. By conducting medical follow-up services for discharged patients or patients with chronic diseases, doctors can keep abreast of changes in patients' conditions and give treatment advice to relapse. And patients with deterioration can arrange re-hospitalization; on the other hand, it is convenient for doctors to follow up the patient, understand the prognosis, long-term efficacy and clinical application of new technologies, master first-hand information, and accumulate experience, which is conducive to the development of scientific research. Improve the level of business and better serve patients.
Based on this, the hospital decided to use advanced communication means, combined with computer technology, to launch a medical follow-up call system to help hospitals effectively improve service quality, optimize service processes, reduce operating costs, open up new value-added services, and improve users. In this project, Dongjin Technology Co-Partner Yunbird Technology customized the hospital follow-up call system with the Dongjin Keygoe1001 multimedia switch as the core equipment according to the characteristics of the hospital follow-up service.

It is understood that Keygoe1001 is a multimedia communication platform designed by Dongjin Technology for small and medium-sized telecom value-added services of 1-240 channels, call centers of less than 60 seats and unified communications of enterprises. It provides up to 240 circuit switching in a 1U-high chassis and configures voice resources in 1:1. It also integrates up to 30 IP resources, 128 conference resources, and 16 SS7 links (6 4K). And 4 high-speed SS7 signaling links (2M high-impedance listening mode), and support mixed configuration of digital interface and analog interface, dynamic configuration of analog trunk and analog internal line, which is flexible, cost-effective, easy to deploy and Maintenance in one.
Indoor monitor is one part of intercom system, and it is also a very important part. Video Door Phone and indoor monitor are connected in the same POE Switch to realize information transmission through local area network (LAN). When the visitor calls the indoor monitor on the video door phone, the indoor monitor will receive the call information in the corresponding apartment, the resident can check the situation at the door and see who is coming through the indoor monitor, and then can choose to talk with the visitor or not. The resident can choose whether to open the door for the visitor and if the resident knows the visitor, resident can also open the door for visitor directly through the indoor monitor. It is very safe and convenient and it can improve our quality of life while protecting our home.
Our indoor monitor is powered through the POE switch, no additional power supply is required, and the wiring is simple.
