How to eliminate common faults of oil press

The oil press is composed of hydraulic and pressing machines. Its common faults and exclusion methods are as follows:

Hydraulic pump pressure is not enough

Cause: The oil valve has dirt or poor contact; the plug of the oil valve of the press is in poor contact with the valve seat or is not tightened to cause oil return; the wear gap between the small piston and the pump body is too large.

Remedy: 1 After washing and grinding, make it close. 2 Put the oil valve plug and valve seat in and out of the grinding machine so that it closes or tightens the screw plug. 3 Replace the new pump.

Hydraulic pump can not be oiled

Cause: The oil filter net is blocked. When the oil is used for a long time, deposits are attached to the oil inlet valve to make the throttle not tight. The oil in the fuel tank is too thick or solidified due to the cold weather. The amount of oil in the fuel tank is insufficient; vacuum.

Remedy: 1 Clean the oil filter. 2 Replace with new oil or release old oil; filter and clean the oil inlet valve and grind it to make it tightly closed. 3 change the thin oil, cold days should increase room temperature. 4 Add enough oil to the tank. 5 Pull out the small piston and inject the oil before pressing.

Pressure gauge pointer failure

Reason: The safety valve is not sealed; the access valve plug and the steel ball are in poor contact; the oil pipe connector and the hydraulic cylinder screw plug and the oil cylinder oil inlet hole are not tightened; the three-way oil return valve is in poor contact with the steel ball.

Remedy: 1 Polish the safety valve to make it close. 2 Polish the inlet and outlet valves to make them close. 3 Tighten the tubing fittings and cylinder plugs. 4 grinding return valve.

Rocker jacking

Cause: The oil valve is in poor contact with the ball; the spring head is free of the ball.

Remedy: 1 grinding oil valve, change the ball. 2 Expand the spring head.

Bureau

Reason: oil frying temperature is not suitable, the material temperature is too low, the cake blank water content is too high; uneven thickness of the cake; when loading the cake, the stack of cake is not correct; pressing too fast and too fierce.

Remedy: 1 Take the appropriate steaming direction, increase the material temperature to above 85 degrees Celsius, and the water content is less than 7%. 2 When making the cake, pay attention to the evenness of the cake. 3 properly reduce the press speed.

Oil leaks from the gap between the cylinder and the piston

Cause: The bowl bowl is mounted upside down; the bowl is damaged.

Remedy: Reinstall the cup or replace the new one.

Safety valve failure

Cause: The oil is not clean, the dirt sinks on the contact surface; the spring loses its elasticity; the adjustment screw looses not up to the specified pressure; the overpressure operation often causes the steel ball to bruise the valve.

Remedy: 1 open cleaning, such as valve mouth, valve needle damage should be grinding. 2 Replace the spring. 3 Readjust the screw so that the pressure reaches 40 MPa. 4 Re-grind the valve, replace the ball with new one and follow the operating instructions.
